ABOUT OCEANUS CONSERVATION:

We are a science-based non-profit NGO registered under SEC no. CN202003634. Back in 2020, as pandemic hit worldwide and the lack of focus back for the environment, we decided to come together and create an organization to bring back restoration and protection of the Philippine habitats, especially the undervalued, and unprotected sites. Oceanus mission is to protect and restore blue carbon habitats (i.e. mangroves, seagrass), and contribute to its conservation, environmental education, and community development. Oceanus’ vision is to be a leading organization in harmonizing conservation of coastal ecosystems, community needs and technological solutions in order to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for the benefit of the Filipino people.
